Lead Treasury Management Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a leader for complex, cross-functional initiatives with broad impact in the Treasury Management Consulting functional area.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term business, operational, or technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements.
• Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations, leveraging a sound understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to guide broader work teams.
• Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in Treasury Management Sales or equivalent (applicable for Europe, Middle East & Africa only).
