Lead Transport Paramedic

Job Summary

The Lead Transport Paramedic will lead the HCA Florida DeFuniak Springs EMS Transport Services Team. The Lead Transport Paramedic will perform professional level work in planning, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating and managing the operations of inter-facility transport and emergency medical care while ensuring compliance with applicable Florida statutes and administrative rules.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

• Paramedic (DL) Driver License

• Associate Degree or Certificate

• 3 years experience required
