We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve substantive info. We have job description text. Let's parse. First paragraph: "The Lead Tool Technician Mechanic serves as an advanced technical authority for Nextracker installation tooling and field tool-support programs. This role leads the planning, deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of tooling systems used at customer and construction sites. The position works independently on complex hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues; translates technical information into practical field solutions; and provides guidance to customers, subcontractors, temporary labor, and internal teams. The Lead Tool Technician Mechanic is expected to influence safe, reliable, and efficient field execution across multiple sites and to represent Nextracker with a high degree of technical and professional credibility." That's about the role. So we can have

About the role

with that paragraph. Next: "Key Responsibilities" then bullet list. So we need Responsibilities section with
  • items. List items: - Act as the senior technical resource for Nextracker installation tooling, tool-support workshops, and field deployment activities, resolving complex or unusual equipment issues with limited precedent. - Plan, schedule, and execute the delivery, setup, commissioning, calibration, relocation, and demobilization of tool-support workshops and related field equipment. - Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related problems using schematics, technical manuals, diagnostic instruments, and structured root-cause analysis. - Translate tooling schematics, product literature, service documentation, and safe operating procedures into clear field instructions and practical corrective actions. - Create, review, and maintain Job Hazard Analyses, site-specific safety plans, method statements, equipment inspection records, and other required EH&S documentation. - Lead field tool-support activities in partnership with owners, customers, subcontractors, construction teams, Field Operations, Engineering, Service, and Nextracker management. - Forecast tooling demand, construction schedules, site-specific requirements, staffing needs, equipment availability, and documentation priorities with management and cross-functional partners. - Provide technical leadership, hands-on coaching, and formal training to customers, temporary labor, subcontractors, and internal personnel on tool setup, safe operation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation best practices. - Develop and improve preventive-maintenance practices, troubleshooting guides, inspection checklists, training materials, and standard work to improve equipment reliability and customer experience. - Capture field observations, failure trends, corrective actions, and lessons learned; communicate recommendations to Engineering, Product, Quality, Service, and Operations teams to support product and process improvements. - Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, tool inventories, calibration records, repair documentation, and customer communication in applicable systems. - Exercise sound judgment in balancing safety, quality, schedule, customer commitments, and cost when determining the appropriate course of action in the field. - Promote a culture of safe work practices and ensure activities comply with applicable federal, state, local, customer, and Nextracker EH&S requirements. - Perform other related duties and travel to customer and construction sites as business needs require. That's responsibilities. Next: "Required Qualifications" then bullet list. That's qualifications. Also there is "Preferred Qualifications". Could combine into Qualifications section? The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have both required and preferred qualifications. Could put under Qualifications heading, with sub-bullets? But we must not invent sections. We can have a Qualifications section containing both required and preferred. Or we could split: Required Qualifications under Requirements? Actually there is a "Requirements" heading possible. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements for required qualifications, and Qualifications for preferred? Or we could combine. But better to separate: Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for preferred qualifications. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." But we have both required and preferred; we could combine into Qualifications and note required vs preferred within list? Might be okay. But we have also "Skills" maybe we can extract skills from qualifications: advanced working knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to establish relationships, ability to travel, etc. Could put under Skills. But we might just put all under Qualifications. We also have Benefits section: "Nextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package. We provide health care coverage, dental and vision, 401(K) participation including company matching, company paid holidays with unlimited paid time off, generous discretionary company bonuses, life and disability protection and more. Employees in certain positions may be eligible for stock compensation. All plans are in accordance with relevant plan documents. For more information on Nextpowers benefits please view our company website at www.Nextpower.com." We should include Benefits section with that content as

maybe plus list? It's prose. Pay section: "Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related considerations. The annual target total cash compensation for this position is $90,000–$110,000, which includes base salary and target commission. Actual compensation may vary based on sales target achievements. This role is also eligible for equity as part of the total compensation package. (Applicable to California)". That's pay info. So we can have Pay section. Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. There's "Ability to travel up to 100% as required, work extended or non-standard hours when necessary, and support active construction sites." That's about travel and hours, not schedule. No explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, shift. So we should not create Schedule section because no specific schedule info. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. So we have Benefits and Pay, but not Schedule. Skills: Could extract but we might not need separate Skills if we already have Qualifications. But we could create Skills section for abilities like ability to travel, ability to establish relationships, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to influence decisions, etc. However we might combine into Qualifications to avoid many thin sections. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Required and Preferred qualifications into Qualifications, and maybe include skills within that. But we also have Requirements heading possible. Let's think: The posting includes "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". That's two sub-sections. If we make a Qualifications section, we could have two subheadings? But we cannot use headings other than h3? The instruction only says use h3 for section headings; we could still have

inside? Not specified. Safer to just have one Qualifications section with bullet list that includes both required and preferred, maybe marking them. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can include both sets as bullet points, maybe with note "Required:" and "Preferred:" inside each bullet? That might be okay but could be considered summarizing? Not really; we are preserving info. Alternatively we could have Requirements section for required qualifications, and Qualifications section for preferred qualifications. That would be two sections, both substantive. That's okay. We also have Skills maybe not needed. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Benefits, Pay. Check if any other sections like "Skills" could be derived: "Advanced working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems, including the ability to read and apply schematics and technical documentation." That's more like qualification. "Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain accurate service, inventory, maintenance, and project documentation." That's also qualification. "Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, including the ability to influence decisions and resolve difficult field matters." That's also qualification. "Ability to travel up to 100% as required, work extended or non-standard hours when necessary, and support active construction sites." That's also qualification. Thus we can put all under Requirements and Qualifications. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. Structure:
