Responsibilities

• Lead a classroom of two-year-olds using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Observe and document children's growth and development
• Partner with assistant teachers to create a successful classroom
• Maintain licensing, health, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool
• Previous lead teacher experience preferred
• High school diploma required; CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability
