Join Desert Design, a family-oriented team serving Northern Nevada with over 25 years of experience in residential, commercial, multifamily, and specialty remodeling services. We have openings for wood, tile, cabinetry, and commercial installation teams.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include:

• Adhere to company policy and industry standards to ensure successful installations.
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse, sales consultants, management, and fellow installers.
• Accurately track time digitally.
• Work safely and maintain a clean workspace.
• Communicate concerns with relevant team members.

Requirements

Essential qualifications include:

• Valid driver's license and reliable working vehicle for product delivery and travel.
• Proper tools for the trade being performed.
• Relevant experience in the trade being performed.
• Hands-on, mechanically inclined individual with a strong work ethic
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality work
