If you want to join an organization that is led by therapists and puts their needs at the forefront to ensure the best patient care, we want to hear from you. $8,000 Sign On Bonus Lead Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy AssistantLicensed and in good standing in the state of practice.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Deliver skilled therapy services within the scope of licensure (PT, PTA, OTA, COTA) in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans of careAssist the DOR or RVP with daily therapy operations, acting as the point of contact in their absence.Collaborate on clinical program development to meet patient needs and facility goals.Foster positive working relationships with facility nursing, administration, and interdisciplinary team (IDT) members.
