About the role

Enhance organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction through strategic project management. Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovative solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage team performance, provide guidance, and facilitate communication among team members to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress against plan, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project integrity and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards, and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle complex tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Technical proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
