Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage team performance, provide guidance, and facilitate communication among team members to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project progress against plan, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project integrity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle complex tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework preferred.
- Knowledge of project management best practices and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Technical proficiency in project management software.

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
