Lead Therapist - Full-time
About the Role
Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a Lead Therapist opportunity at Christian Care Community of Allen, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to exceptional patient care and collaborative teamwork. This is a unique chance to grow your career by blending hands-on therapy services with peer leadership, program development, and clinical support. Will consider the following disciplines: Occupational Therapist (OT) OR Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). Must be licensed in Texas.
Position Summary
The Lead Therapist plays a key role in supporting the rehabilitation department by:
- Delivering high-quality therapy services within their licensed discipline (OT or SLP)
- Assisting with team coordination, scheduling, and daily operational flow
- Serving as a clinical resource and liaison for the DOR, RVP, facility staff, and Continuum leadership
- Promoting compliance, clinical excellence, and program development to ensure patient success
This position functions as a peer leader (non-supervisory), providing mentorship, team support, and quality assurance while remaining focused on direct patient care.
