About the role
Join our team as a Lead Teller at MidSouth Federal Credit Union. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and visitors.
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account maintenance.
- Manage cash drawer and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Handle member inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and financial products.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with simple technical issues related to ATMs and other equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other banking software.
- Knowledge of credit union policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
