General Duties And Responsibilities
- Scheduling, monitoring, and managing workflow for the team to achieve goals that contribute to customer satisfaction and growth of the company.
- Project a positive image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner.
- Work with Service Manager and Field Service Support Supervisors to coach and lead team members, taking ownership of assigned team.
- Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner".
Educational/Job Requirements
- A High School Graduate or Equivalent, Tech School Preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient with Computer/Tablet skills
- 2 Years' Mechanical experience Preferred
