Lead Technician - Awning Installer
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing orders and participating in morning production meetings
- Collaborating with your installation team to ensure successful project execution
- Loading the necessary tools, equipment, and products onto the company truck
- Traveling to scheduled appointments for installations
- Leading a team of 2-4 installers and maintaining respectful and courteous communication
- Utilizing ladders, hand tools, and power tools to safely and efficiently install shade and awning products
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service when interacting with clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency with power and hand tools
- Physical ability to perform the necessary tasks, including working at heights and lifting weights of 50+ lbs
- Able to interpret technical drawings and building plans

Pay Range: $18 to $30 per hour, based on skills and experience
