Lead Technical Writing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide customer/sales technical support on new or existing products quotes.
• Work closely with regional sales managers to achieve Product Management goals and to support key accounts.
• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes based on specifications, requirements, and pricing guidelines.
• Maintain department specifications and pricing documentation.
• Create specs and cost for new business opportunities.
• Support vendor relationship management to help inform pricing strategies and ensure cost alignment.
• Provide ongoing support to Regional Managers within their territories, with a strong focus on quote generation, updates, and follow-through.

• Database management experience with Excel.
