Lead Technical Program Manager, Robotaxi

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager, Robotaxi to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will lead complex, cross-functional program execution for an autonomous transportation initiative, with a strong focus on readiness, risk management, and operational scale. You will partner closely with technical, operations, and leadership teams to turn strategy into clear plans, measurable milestones, and accountable execution. The position requires building scalable program structure in a fast-moving environment while keeping stakeholders aligned on launch readiness and fleet expansion. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $235,000 – $270,000 annually Responsibilities Define and maintain the integrated program plan with key milestones and dependencies Own program-level risk management and surface issues early with data-backed options Drive launch and market-readiness planning across operational workstreams Partner with teams to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and ensure accountability Build and run executive reporting for program status and risk updates Define and track KPIs for driverless operation readiness Establish scalable processes for program tracking and fleet scaling Qualifications 10+ years of technical program management experience leading complex, cross-functional programs Direct experience in autonomous vehicles or safety-critical environments Ability to build program structure from scratch in fast-paced settings Strong technical fluency across hardware, software, and autonomy domains Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences Proven cross-functional leadership through influence, not authority Hands-on experience with program tracking tools like Jira or Asana Benefits Competitive compensation and equity awards Health and wellness benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Unlimited vacation policy Flexible hours and work from home support Daily drinks, snacks, and catered meals in the office Regular team-building activities and social events Evolving benefits as the company grows Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
