Overview

Drives end-to-end orchestration of business case intake, estimation, and approvals.

Applies strong TPM discipline with business context and technical understanding to validate scope, identify cross-team dependencies, and ensure estimates are realistic, complete, and aligned to execution.

Manage end-to-end intake process for large, cross-program business cases.

Validate scope, requirements, and impacted programs.

Apply strong TPM rigor to identify missing dependencies, upstream/downstream impacts, and integration points.

Challenge assumptions in estimates (labor, infra, timelines) and ensure alignment between business intent and technical execution.

Coordinate estimation inputs across Technology, Finance, ONE, and BizOps.

Drive timeline, milestones, and stakeholder alignment through approval cycle.

Ensure consistency and quality of business case inputs and assumptions.

Facilitate cross-program tradeoffs and dependency management.

Prepare materials for executive reviews and approval forums.

Partner with VP to enforce governance standards and approval matrix.

Identify process gaps and continuous improvement opportunities.
