Lead Technical Operations Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Technical Operations Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $96,100 – $135,700 annually Responsibilities Create and manage back-end applications using CA Workload Automation Tool, AutoSys Monitor and maintain the EASY Workload Automation Tool for timely financial transactions Respond to service requests from users and clients, managing issues within scope Investigate program failures using code bases and databases within the EASY system Advise on strategic initiatives for process improvement and automation opportunities Qualifications 9 years of experience in production support for transactional processing systems 6 years of experience with workload automation tools for program execution 6 years in a customer-facing technical support role for enterprise software systems 4-6 years of experience in business analysis Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL, with a solid understanding of UNIX operating systems Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year Paid time off including holidays and floating holidays 16 hours of paid volunteer time per year Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
