About the role

We are seeking a full-time Produce Team Lead. This position supports the produce department through customer service, product quality, and team leadership.

Schedule

Tuesday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with shift flexibility.

Pay

$17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality and presentation of produce on the sales floor and displays.
• Stock produce items on shelves.
• Ensure compliance with sanitary and safety standards and procedures.
• Provide superior customer service to shoppers.

Requirements

• Ability to safely lift 40 lbs.
• Safe knife handling skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Engage in the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and lifting at or above shoulder height.
