Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Mentor and guide preschool children in their social, physical, and intellectual development.
• Take the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and adhere to licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote the child's achievement and support the center's success.

Requirements

• Experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
• Meet state and childcare center requirements for education and qualifications.
• The ability to work both indoors and outdoors, engaging in physical activity with children.

• At least 18 years old.
