Responsibilities
- Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum in line with school standards.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to plan and implement educational activities.
- Assist in maintaining classroom cleanliness and order.
- Support children's social and emotional development.
- Participate in regular professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Valid state teaching license or ability to obtain within one year.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
