Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, faith-based lessons for children in an outdoor farm setting
- Guide children in hands-on farm activities such as gardening, animal care, and nature exploration
- Create a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered learning environment
Qualifications
- Active Christian faith and alignment with the ministry's values and mission
- Experience working with children in an educational, church, or camp setting
- A genuine love for nature, animals, and outdoor education
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- CPR/First Aid certification (a plus)
- Background check required
Schedule & Compensation
- This is a part-time position with flexible hours to accommodate the applicant's availability
- Scheduling is designed to work around our program calendar and can be discussed during the interview process
- Compensation: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
