About the role

We are expanding our leadership team and are seeking enthusiastic, growth-driven Lead Teacher Trainers who are passionate about Yoga. We are the premier hot yoga studio coast to coast with locations across California and New York City.

Responsibilities

• Teach public classes in your specialty.
• Fill teacher training programs.
• Lead 60-hour and 200-hour teacher trainings.
• Work Saturdays and Sundays, plus one weekday evening.
• Lead Mentorship lectures.
• Collaborate with managers to support and develop current teachers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lead Teacher Trainer is required.
• Must hold a 200-hour or higher yoga certification.
• Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Philosophy, Ayurveda, Chakras, Sanskrit, Pranayama, and Meditation.
• Eagerness to develop and support other teachers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback.
