Pay
Hourly pay range: $17.15 - $20.15

Requirements
- Meets all state preschool teacher requirements
- Super flexible and available during business hours
- Experience as a teacher or teacher assistant in a licensed daycare or early childhood setting (preferred)
- A passion for early childhood education and nurturing young learners
Responsibilities
- Align with Cadence Education’s philosophy and help create a positive, engaging learning environment
- Document and share daily milestones and progress with parents
- Collaborate with educators to deliver a lively, age-appropriate curriculum that sparks curiosity
- Support children’s development through play, language, toys, and activities
- Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors
- Contribute ideas for a balanced daily schedule, including quiet/active play, indoor/outdoor activities, and fine/gross motor skill development
