About the role

Responsibilities

• Teach children in a variety of subjects using our curriculum guides and classroom management tools.
• Communicate with parents through our classroom tablets.
• Participate in special training and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the team's efforts to nurture relationships and support each other.
• Engage in Heart Projects that focus on character development and giving back to the community.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in child care or education preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience with classroom management tools and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the classroom.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
