About the role

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center's success

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Pay

$14.74 - $15.31 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience. Example Assistant Teachers - Lead Teachers: $14.74 - $15.31 hourly base rate, plus an additional $2.00/hour paid as a bi-weekly grant-funded bonus (Total effective pay: $16.74 – $17.31/hour, contingent on continued grant funding, valid for only this location.)
