As a Lead Teacher, you’ll create fun, interactive learning experiences, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and build relationships with families to support each child’s achievement and your center’s success.
Responsibilities
- Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
- Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, including adherence to all licensing guidelines and company standards.
- Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support your center’s success.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Pay
$17.36–$18.03 hourly, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.
Schedule
Monday–Friday work week.
