Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Valid state certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Excellent observational and assessment skills.
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
