As a Lead Teacher, you’ll create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and build sincere relationships with families to support each child’s achievement and your center’s success.
Responsibilities
- Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class
- Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation
- Ensure compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards
- Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support center success
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Pay
Competitive pay ranging from $20.26 to $21.05 per hour, based on position, education, and experience, with bi-weekly and daily pay options.
Schedule
Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.
