Responsibilities

• Teach children in a variety of subjects using our curriculum guides and classroom management tools.
• Communicate with parents through our classroom tablets.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all students and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall success of the center.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in a related field preferred.
• Passionate about diversity and inclusion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of child development and educational theories.
• Proficiency with technology, particularly classroom tablets.
