Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Mentor and guide preschool children in their social, physical, and intellectual development.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with state and center standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support both the child's achievement and the center's success.

Requirements

• Experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state and childcare center requirements for education and experience.
• Physical ability to engage in indoor and outdoor activities with children.

• At least 18 years old.
