About the role

The Lead Teacher at Isolved Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading a team of educators in providing high-quality educational programs to students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational plans that meet the needs of diverse student populations.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance classroom instruction and support student learning.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with special education students.
• Knowledge of state and federal education standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
