We're looking for a caring, dependable Lead Teacher who is passionate about helping young children learn through play, exploration, and meaningful relationships. What You'll Do As a Lead Teacher, you'll create a classroom where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn every day. Your responsibilities include: Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum Create a warm, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Build meaningful relationships with children and their families Observe and document children's growth and development Guide children's social-emotional development using positive behavior strategies Partner with Assistant Teachers to create a successful classroom team Maintain licensing, health, and safety standards throughout the day Why Teachers Choose Goddard We know teaching is more than a job—it's a career.
