Lead Teacher

About the Role

Lead a classroom teaching team in preparing three- to five-year-old children socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten.

Responsibilities

• Create lesson plans tailored to early childhood development.
• Observe and document child progress through assessments and screenings.
• Complete all mandated screenings and assessments for each child.
• Conduct home visits and child goal conferences to support parents as their children’s first and lifelong teachers.
• Ensure alignment between teachers and parents to track and achieve child and family success goals.
• Supervise Teacher Assistant, Classroom Aide, substitutes, and volunteers.
