Lead Teacher

About the role

Being a teacher at a child care center is something special. We’re hiring Lead Teachers who will inspire children to become lifelong learners. This role involves creating interactive learning experiences, promoting growth, managing the classroom, and building relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
