About This Role We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our team in Centerville, OH. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of our students. You will design and implement high-quality lesson plans, collaborate with families, and guide assistant teachers to ensure the highest standards of early childhood or elementary education. What You'll Do Design and execute a developmentally appropriate curriculum that engages all learners. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
