Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm What You Get Pay that rewards your experience: $12-$17/hour, based on your education and experience. What You’ll Do Create a safe, nurturing, engaging classroom for 3-year-olds.Plan and lead activities that support social, emotional, physical, and early learning development.Supervise children actively and follow all safety and licensing requirements.Build consistent daily routines with smooth transitions.Use positive guidance to support behavior, independence, and social skills.Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming, including daily cleaning and sanitizing.Partner with families, co-teachers, and center leadership. What You Need At least 2-3 years of classroom experience with preschool-age children (ages 2-5)At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GEDPatience, flexibility, and compassion for young childrenAble to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor often, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds Preferred: ECE technical certificate, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field.
