What You’ll Do as a Lead Teacher
- Lead and manage a preschool classroom
- Plan and implement daily lessons using Creative Curriculum
- Support children’s development across all areas (social, emotional, cognitive)
- Build strong relationships with families through communication and conferences
- Supervise and support Assistant Teachers and classroom staff

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- Gateways Level 5 ECE + Infant/Toddler Credential
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage documentation, assessments, and compliance
