Position Overview
The Lead Systems Specialist will provide advanced IT support and leadership across multiple facilities, supporting critical business systems and applications in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college/university
- 6+ years of experience in computer, software, and networking troubleshooting
- 4+ years of Service Desk Support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications/M365
- Experience with computer/user setup and printing capabilities
