Lead Supply Chain Economics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics support and recommendations to senior leadership regarding formulary rebate and pharmacy network optimization strategies
• Create and implement metrics and measures to establish performance objectives for revenue maximization
• Develop tools and processes to monitor revenue performance and implement necessary tasks to bring performance to or above targets
• Collaborate with business partners to understand goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analyses, data reports, and performance metrics
• Design and maintain policy and procedures supporting overall compliance including contracts, state/regulatory requirements
• Leverage technology expertise to engage across the enterprise to identify and implement opportunities for automation through artificial intelligence

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or other related area or equivalent work-related experience
• 3+ years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience
• Experience with supporting and managing contractual guarantees
• 1+ years’ experience with modeling and data management
• Advanced SQL, DB Visualizer, and Excel skills required
• Tableau/Power BI experience a plus
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a high degree of mathematical aptitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to interact with senior management and key business users
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task
