About the role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience while embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Maintain a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives.
• Establish trust, maintain integrity, and foster collaboration within the store and organization to promote a fair, positive, and inclusive culture.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and customer experience.
• Exemplify strong business acumen and execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives and store goals/KPIs.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving goals.
• Adhere to and enforce team compliance with Company policies and store operational procedures.
• Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners.
• Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
• Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the team and district in the absence of leadership.
• Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment for internal customers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, and carry at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally).
• Ability to climb, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Pay

Base pay range: $16.00–$24.75 per hour. Tapestry complies with minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws.
