Lead Superintendent

About the role

Depending on your experience and portfolio, this GC is open to both Superintendents and Senior/Lead Superintendents. You will hold responsibility in the field for either the full Project or for set verticals within the Project, ranging from planning, scheduling, subs etc whilst ensuring budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Will have experience as a Construction Superintendent/Snr Super delivering Ground Up Projects related to the above
• Either, 10+ years experience of construction Projects (for Senior Super) + Projects of $20M+
• OR 4-5 years’ experience within Construction (for Super)
• Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
• Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave construction on site, with all subs/trades responsibility etc
• An understanding of Colorado building regs and laws
• Strong scheduling experience ideally with Procore

• $100,000-$140,000 (Depending on experience and portfolio)
