LEAD STUDENT PASTOR

YM360 - Youth Ministry 360, Inc. · Brandon, MS · 2 mo ago
OTHRFull-time

About the Role

The Lead Student Pastor at Pinelake Church, Clinton Campus, will lead, shepherd, and guide the spiritual development of High School, Middle School, and 56 Ministry students through multiplied servant leader development. This role is key to bringing Pinelake’s vision to life: seeing Mississippi changed one life-change story at a time by learning from Christ, living in Christ, and leading others to Christ.

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

  • Learn: Pursue a growing relationship with Jesus through consistent time in God’s Word and prayer. Grow in understanding the Jesus-Centered Life (salvation, identity, life, and authority in Christ). Remain teachable, seek feedback, and develop spiritually and professionally. Cultivate awareness of God’s presence daily.
  • Live: Model the rhythms of Be the Church (Grow, Pray, Connect, and Share). Pursue emotional health through self-awareness and healthy relationships. Prioritize your relationship with Jesus and family. Embody integrity and surrender in your private and public life.
  • Lead: Own disciple-making by investing in others and helping them move toward a Jesus-Centered Life. Walk others through the Discipleship Pathway (Essentials → JCL → Be the Church). Shepherd people, not just programs, by listening for God’s work in their stories. Equip and release servant leaders to multiply disciples. Measure success by life change, spiritual formation, and multiplication—not just attendance or activity.
  • Culture: Value and embody the 7 H’s: Humility, Honor, Honesty, Hunger, Holy Spirit, Health, and Harmony. Communicate clearly and proactively to build trust and unity. Work in alignment with the church vision and leadership. Contribute to the unity and health of your campus or team.
