About the role

Tommy Hilfiger is opening a brand-new store in Oceanside NY and we are looking for a talented, driven, and passionate leader to take on the role of Lead Stock Associate.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently provides TH Customer Service to company standard.
  • Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on sales floor.
  • Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures.
  • Demonstrates awareness of store sales plans and results.
  • Demonstrates awareness of individual contribution to business results.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Communicate concerns to management.
  • Absorb and execute Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management.
  • Operate all register transactions including that of management (refunds, exchanges, associate sales, post voids, store credits, sale sends, gift cards, cash pulls).
  • Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and able to stand for long periods of time.

Qualifications

  • Must be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management.
  • Assist in developing Sales Associates.
  • Create energy and excitement around shared goals and values and acts with integrity.
  • Support all company / management decisions.
  • Change schedules, adapt to the needs of the position, undertaking night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotating hours.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.

Pay

Pay Range: $13.00-$17.50 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.

Schedule

Rotating hours, as assigned by management.
