Bay State Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Services (BSVESS) is seeking an experienced Specialty Lead Veterinarian to join their leadership team. This role combines clinical excellence with leadership, focusing on shaping hospital culture, mentoring veterinarians, and driving the growth of their specialty services.

Qualifications

• Veterinary license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain licensure)
• 6+ years of experience as a board certified small animal specialist (DACVIM, DACVECC, DACVR, DACVD, DACVO, DACVS)
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative management style
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and team development

Compensation

• Base salary specific to current role
• Limited leadership stipend of $20,000 annually
