Leading the analysis and revision of system set-up and documentation for advanced business information systems to solve complex issues
Crafting comprehensive specifications for system enhancements and new program development based on thorough business and user needs analysis
Translating detailed business requirements into system requirement specifications, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities
Forecasting the impacts of system changes on interconnected computer systems, providing in-depth assessments to stakeholders
Performing critical evaluations of proposals, including cost, time, and resource analysis, to guide executive decision-making
Serving as a key liaison between clients, IT teams, and software vendors, facilitating sophisticated system solution development
Defining and tracking success metrics for new systems or processes, establishing robust monitoring and measurement plans
Guaranteeing the integrity and quality of data across diverse application implementations within the organization
Leading and directing complex projects with minimal guidance, setting strategic priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives

Education
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but relevant work experience is also considered.
