Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk team of Spa Associates
• Maintain membership sales goals
• Coach Team members
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu of services
• Offer excellent customer service to members and guests
• Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively
• Aid in reporting
• Promote spa cleanliness standards
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude to boost team morale
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Spa and/or Receptionist Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 18 or older
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Strong team player with independent work capability

Compensation

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
