Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your 10+ years of experience in working with Federal Government financial systems to architect innovative solutions.
• Apply your significant design and development experience to create cutting-edge solutions that align with client's organization's needs.
• Utilize your extensive large and small group training expertise to guide Federal Agencies or Departments in the application and use of process improvement applications, analytical tools, and techniques.
• Harness your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Power Platform, Kofax Power PDF Advanced, and DocuSign, to develop and implement transformative solutions.
• Demonstrate your adeptness at leading meetings with clients and effectively presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technological solutions into existing processes.
• Champion innovation and stay current with industry trends to continuously enhance our solution offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 10 Years Experience: Hands-on experience working with Federal Government financial systems.
• Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven Design and Development: Significant design and development contributions to complex projects.
• Training Excellence: Strong track record of delivering large and small group training on process improvement applications, analytical tools, and techniques.
• Microsoft 365 Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Power Platform, Kofax Power PDF Advanced, and DocuSign.
• Innovative Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Strong Communication: Effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Ability to lead, guide, and mentor teams towards successful project outcomes.
• Experience in MS Operational Automation Software Families: 4-7 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft OneNote: Customized group and one-on-one training.
• Proficiency in Power Automate: Training on process automation.
• Proficiency in Power Query and Power Pivots: Training on data management.
• Proficiency in Power BI: Training on report development.
• Proficiency in Power Apps: Training on app development.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Kofax Power PDF Advanced, and DocuSign:
• Documentation and Technical Writing: Experience in creating SOPs, User Guides, and UAT results.
• Accounting and Finance Background: Understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Federal Background and Consulting Experience: Preferred.

This position involves working with sensitive financial data within a federal agency environment. Therefore, candidates selected for this role may be subject to a Public Trust background investigation. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Remote Work Flexibility

This is a remote position with the option to work from home. Occasional on-site presence may be required for specific occasions or meetings.
