Key Responsibilities
- Lead system architecture and technical design for scalable, secure applications.
- Partner with Product Owners to break down features and drive delivery.
- Champion clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
- Leverage AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Code, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality.
- Own Azure DevOps release pipelines and deployments.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong experience with C#/.NET, React, SQL Server/Azure SQL, and the Azure ecosystem.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern AI-enabled engineering workflows.
- Strong software architecture, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
