Lead Software Engineer (Multiple Positions)

Role: Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to address business problems. Responsibilities: Involved in all stages of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, architectural standards integration, documentation, coding, troubleshooting, and code reviews. Participates in design reviews and project planning sessions to ensure solutions meet specifications and business needs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 7 years of experience in software development roles. Requires 7 years of experience with Android app development using Kotlin or Java, version control with Git, Agile methodologies, and Jira. Also requires 4 years of experience with Android Studio, Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD setup with Jenkins. Key Attributes: Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Knowledge of architectural standards and ability to troubleshoot application issues.
