We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the job description. Sections present: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing role: "We have an opportunity...". That's about the role. - Responsibilities: List of responsibilities bullet points. - Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills: This is qualifications and skills. - Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills: Could be separate but we can combine? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Required and Preferred into Qualifications and Skills? But we have separate headings for Qualifications and Skills. Might put both under Qualifications (or Skills). However we need to preserve all substantive info. Could have a section "Qualifications" containing both required and preferred. Or separate "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". But headings allowed: Qualifications, Skills. Could put qualifications under

Qualifications

and skills under

Skills

. But the text mixes qualifications and skills. Might be okay to put all under Qualifications. - Benefits: The "About Us" paragraph includes benefits description: "We offer a competitive total rewards package..." includes benefits. So we can include Benefits section. - Pay: The posting mentions base salary determined based on role, experience, skill set and location; commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation. That's pay info. So we can include Pay section. - Schedule: No explicit schedule info. Not present, so omit. - About the team: Could be part of About the role? Might be separate but not required heading. Could include under About the role or maybe not needed. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The "About The Team" is specific content. Could we put under About the role? Might be okay to add a separate section "About the Team" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are only those listed. So we must fit content into allowed headings. Could put "About the Team" under About the role or maybe under Qualifications? Better to incorporate into About the role section. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for each heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must remove duplicated lines. We need to extract the responsibilities list exactly as given. Let's copy responsibilities bullet points: - Own and enhance Kubernetes Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) and Go-based controllers that manage the complete lifecycle of platform capabilities, from request and provisioning through reconciliation and safe decommissioning across multiple clusters and cloud accounts. - Design, implement, and strengthen admission controls, including validating and mutating webhooks, to enforce platform standards such as immutable provenance, tenant isolation, namespace integrity, and dependency-aware deletion safeguards. - Develop and maintain secure cross-cluster communication and provisioning mechanisms, including resource proxies, Kubernetes RBAC, identity federation, STS integrations, and least-privilege access models using IRSA and Amazon EKS Pod Identity. - Advance developer-facing platform experiences by building and improving Terraform providers, Feature Gateway APIs, authentication and authorization frameworks, context-aware routing, and composition engines that translate declarative intent into managed cloud resources. - Lead deployment and rollout strategies for multi-region and multi-cluster environments, including environment promotion, phased production releases, dependency-aware orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and GitOps automation. - Drive engineering excellence through scalable design patterns, idempotent reconciliation, automated testing, CI/CD reliability, security and threat-model reviews, architecture decision records (ADRs), and adoption of shared frameworks, tooling, and software development best practices. - Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes (e.g., AI-assisted code review/refactoring, test strategy acceleration, incident/root-cause analysis support), while establishing consistent validation standards (secure coding, peer review, automated testing) and promoting reuse of effective patterns across the team. - Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation. Note: Some bullet start with "Drives" and "Applies". Keep as is. Now Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills list: - Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience - Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), operators/controllers, reconciliation patterns, admission webhooks, and RBAC. - Proficiency in Go (Golang), with experience building and supporting production-grade services, controllers, or platform components. - Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including Amazon EKS, IAM, STS, VPC networking, and workload identity solutions such as IRSA and EKS Pod Identity. - Solid understanding of Kubernetes and cloud networking concepts, including Services, EndpointSlices, Ingress controllers, Application and Network Load Balancers (ALB/NLB), Network Policies, CNI plugins, and troubleshooting cross-node or cross-cluster network communication. - Proven experience designing, building, and operating highly available, production-scale platform services and CI/CD pipelines. - Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies, including integration, regression, performance, end-to-end, and smoke testing. - Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A high level of attention to detail, ownership, and accountability is essential. - Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security. Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; experience coaching engineers on safe, compliant adoption within delivery practices Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills list: - Experience designing and operating multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms, including namespace isolation, virtual clusters (vCluster), and least-privilege identity and access models. - Hands-on experience with Terraform provider development is strongly preferred. - Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries, with a strong understanding of audit, risk, compliance, security, and control requirements. - Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand how platform and engineering decisions impact developer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. - Experience incorporating security and threat modeling into system design is highly desirable. - Experience using approved AI-enabled development tools and copilots responsibly, applying critical thinking and engineering judgment to validate code quality, correctness, security, maintainability, and performance. - Familiarity with platform engineering, internal developer platforms (IDPs), GitOps practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks. We can combine both lists under Qualifications (maybe separate required vs preferred but not needed). We'll keep as a single list but we could separate with headings? Not allowed. We'll just list all items. Now Benefits: from About Us paragraph: "We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions. We also offer a range of benefits and programs to meet employee needs, based on eligibility. These benefits include comprehensive health care coverage, on-site health and wellness centers, a retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching and more. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process." We need Benefits section: list of benefits. Use

    • . Pay section: base salary determined based on role, experience, skill set and location; commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity. Also maybe mention total rewards package. We'll put that. Now About the role: combine initial paragraphs and maybe About The Team. Initial paragraph: "We have an opportunity to impact your career and provide an adventure where you can push the limits of what's possible. As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Public Cloud Foundational Services, Cloud Retail Service Enablement team, you will be a key member of an agile engineering team responsible for designing, building, and delivering secure, scalable, and highly available cloud platform solutions. In this role, you will leverage deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills to drive meaningful business impact while addressing complex challenges across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and distributed systems. Our team develops the Kubernetes-native foundational services that empower application teams across the firm to provision, manage, and operate cloud infrastructure safely, efficiently, and in compliance with enterprise standards. You will play a critical role in building the platform capabilities, automation frameworks, and guardrails that enable developers to innovate at scale while maintaining security, reliability, and operational excellence." About The Team paragraph: "Our professionals in our Corporate Functions cover a diverse range of areas from finance and risk to human resources and marketing. Our corporate teams are an essential part of our company, ensuring that we're setting our businesses, clients, customers and employees up for success." We can combine. Now we must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove those. Now produce HTML. Structure:

      Qualifications

      • a retirement savings plan
      • backup childcare
      • tuition reimbursement
      • mental health support
      • financial coaching
Maybe also mention "competitive total rewards package" etc. But that's more about pay. We'll keep benefits as list.

      Pay

Base salary is determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded for individual achievements and contributions.

We should not include Schedule. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "About Us" also includes history of JPMorganChase etc. That's not required for role? Could be considered About the role? Might be okay to include in About the role paragraph? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. The history of the firm is substantive but maybe not needed for role? It's about the company. Could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to include in About the role section as extra paragraph. However the instruction says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The About Us paragraph includes history and description of firm. That is substantive. We could incorporate into About the role section as additional paragraph. Thus About the role section could have multiple paragraphs: first about role, second about company history, third about team. We'll combine into maybe two

elements. Let's extract About Us paragraph: "JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P. Morgan and Chase brands. Our history spans over 200 years and today we are a leader in investment banking, consumer and small business banking, commercial banking, financial transaction processing and asset management." We can include that. Now ensure we
