Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize observability environments using best practices
- Build automation scripts for observability instrumentation
- Integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines with IaC and config management tools
- Conduct code reviews for observability and implement validation checks
- Develop AI-native tools for autonomous issue detection
- Lead design of reliable and scalable distributed systems
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with observability strategies
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years experience in software/infrastructure engineering with logging focus
- Strong foundation in operating systems, networking, algorithms, and distributed systems
- Expertise in programming languages (Python,.Net, Java, Go, Node.js) and system architecture
- Proven experience in AI Ops and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and cloud-native development
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
