Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based applications using Azure services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices for software development, including continuous integration, testing, and deployment processes.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and trends, and incorporate them into project work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading a team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for technology and a commitment to staying current with industry developments.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Pay
