About the role
Lead a team in developing innovative software solutions using Azure technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based applications using Azure services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices for software development, including continuous integration, testing, and deployment processes.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and trends, and incorporate them into project work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading a team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to staying current with industry developments.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of databases and data management principles.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices.

Pay
